Tryouts – 2011/2012 Season
Alexandria Freedom -- U15 D-3 WAGS team representing Alexandria Soccer Association
will be moving up to -- U16 for the 2011/2012 Season.
The Freedom Soccer team is a year round program and participate in the
Washington Area Girls Soccer League.
We are professionally trained by Coach Ed Thomas. Coach Thomas
is a former NCAA D-III Head Soccer Coach.
He currently holds a dual license from the National Soccer
Coaches Association of America, NSCAA and the United States Soccer
Federation, USSF.
The team Assistant Coach is Tyler Simpson; Former North Atlantic
Conference, NCAA D-III Men's Soccer Player.
Tryouts will be ongoing until the final roster is filled...Please

From I-395 (Shirley
Highway) exit at Seminary Road and proceed east on
Seminary Road about 1/2 mile. Take left onto Howard
St. (by Alexandria Hospital) and continue 1/4 mile
until it dead ends at Braddock Rd. Take left and
then make immediate right into parking lot at St.
Stephens/St. Agnes Middle School (formerly site of
Ascension Academy). Field is lo-cated at rear of
school Although field is adjacent to Alexandria's
Fort Ward Park (civil war structure, museum & picnic
area), field is not visible from park and therefore
teams are encouraged to gain access to field through
school
